After being informed that I had a family member, a cousin named Eryn, who manages Bud Clary’s Ford/Honda dealership, I was excited at the prospect of actually being “taken care of”, instead of taken for a ride. I made the assumption, or the leap, that family takes care of family. But this was not the case. After arriving at the dealership, I was introduced to my wife’s cousin. After some pleasantries, he excused himself and he handed us off to some salesman named Christian, who is polite and relatively well informed. This is while we are waiting to be handed off to another sales person, (who we were to meet initially), who is going to actually complete our transaction. Tanya Roll was the one who genuinely took care of us. She was exceedingly pleasant, patient, and kind. She engagingly spoke and answered every question, and if she wasn’t sure, she got someone to answer my questions that had the knowledge while learning more about the products herself.
My thoughts/or assumptions were that as a “member of the family”, I would have, (at the very least), received some discount off of the sticker price of the car for being related. NOPE. I paid full sticker for the car, but was offered some sort of discount on an extended warranty. I don’t feel that I was treated any better for having been related to the manager of the dealership.
The sales people, as expected, were pleasant and helpful, but a car purchase is a large purchase, and ANY savings made would have benefited me and my family in the long run. I’ve made purchases before from people that I didn’t know, and often facilitated a rather pleasant discount from the sticker price before making an actual purchase. I receive no such accommodations from an actual family member/representative of said family member. I like the car and love the people that helped me and finalized the purchase, Tanya, Louie, Christian, etc…but I won’t be shopping from Eryn, or this dealership, again.
My 5 star rating is for TANYA, Louie, and Christian ONLY! I rate the dealership a 2 or 3 because of limited availability of cars, and displeasure over how family treated me and my wife. The people who actually DID the work were AWESOME!!! If you go, ask for one of the 3, *Tanya*, Christian, or Louie. They WILL TAKE CARE of you!
Christian and the staff are great. Bought a second vehicle is less than 1 month from them. The entire time everything was very transparent, Christian at no point was pushy which I can appreciate that. The dude even drove to my hometown to pick up the remaining of the documents so I wouldn’t have to make the trip again, which is about over an hour. Had a pleasant experience. Good communication. No complaints here.
Their sales team and accounting team were so diligent working on the sale for my oldest’s purchase of his first truck. Went above and beyond to make sure he drove it off the lot that day! Definitely a sales team I’ll be going back to for future purchases!
After having such a horrible experince a few years ago at one of the other bud clary location. Going to this location I'm not going to lie I was scared. But Angela Reyes and her team turned it around they did such an amazing job and they not only helped me but they also made sure i understood everything and never made me feel like I was obligated to do anything that i wasn't comfortable with. They were not pushy at all. They were so nice!!! Even when i asked questions they never made me feel like i was burdening them with my questions. It was one of the best experiences I have had while buying a car.
We bought our 2020 Gladiator on Jan 9, 2023. The salesman, Vicente Martinez helped us throughout the process even getting the Gladiator we were interested in from one of their other dealerships so we didn't have to go between dealerships to test drive 2 vehicles. He was friendly, helpful and enjoyable to speak with. Our whole experience from arrival, sales, finance and delivery was awesome. No complaints here. Just ask for Vicente(Vince) the next time ur looking for a vehicle.

2020 Jeep Gladiator
I bought a brand new ‘23 Ford Bronco Sport. Excellent salesman. The next morning I put the rear seat down and saw damage to the seat belt. Took it in and they determined it was still under warranty. Ordered the part and replaced it while I was out of town. Communication wasn’t the best on their end, I had to call to see if it was done, and they kept sending texts that my part was in and to schedule an appointment, but it got done and I picked up my vehicle. All in all it was completed. They didn’t wash the vehicle, which I’ve been used to at other dealerships, but I have my Bronco back and I love it.
Very happy with the way Kevin (Jeff) and our salesmen Abel and Jessica assisted us. Jessica was able to hold the car for us until we got up there, Abel made the purchase smooth and Kevin got us excellent financing options! We were only there a couple of hours and left back to Tricities happy!
I scheduled some routine warranty maintenance. Dropped off my vehicle a few days later and road home on my bike. Came back on my bike a couple hours later when the work was complete and they even left a couple feet off space in the parking spot to load my bike back in.
I specifically preferred communicating through text. I often miss calls because I almost always have my phone on silent and it's a hassle to call back just to say "no thanks" haha.
